Upon arriving at Casa Roja, you will find a circular driveway with parking for four cars, surrounded by lovely tropical gardens. There is also covered parking for 2 vehicles. The double wide entry doors open into a spacious living area, which flows seamlessly out onto the pool deck, with ocean and jungle views from almost every room in the house. There is a covered outdoor dining area, as well as a palapa covered sitting area which are open to the sea breezes all day long.

Casa Roja has a large “Cook’s Kitchen” with copper counter tops, 2 ovens, copper hood fan, large stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwave, BBQ and dishwasher. The spacious living and dining room open onto a covered patio and large pool deck. The pool is a 45 foot infinity heated pool. All five of the bedrooms are air conditioned.

Casa Roja is tastefully furnished and decorated, with elements sourced from many countries, creating a luxurious yet comfortable “south of the border” feel. This unique home, fully furnished including artwork, is ready move in and start enjoying right away!
